Absolutely, Best Nurse Ever is a game-changer for nursing school. Students using BNE report significantly reduced study time, a better grasp of concepts, and a more enjoyable learning experience.

Once I purchase a membership, when does my membership begin?

All monthly subscription memberships are automatically activated upon purchase and do not require any additional steps for activation.

What forms of payment do you accept?

You can purchase any of our memberships using a credit or debit card featuring a Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express logo. We also accept PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay.

How do I cancel my monthly subscription membership?

You can cancel your monthly subscription anytime by simply sending an email at support@bestnurseever.com. The cancellation is immediate.

What is your refund policy?

The refund amounts determined by Best Nurse Ever are final. Refund requests for non-monthly/non-subscription memberships can be made within 24 hours of purchase. A processing fee of 10% (with a minimum of $10 and a maximum of $35) will be deducted from all refunds. After 24 hours, memberships become non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be converted into another membership. Refunds for monthly/subscription memberships are not allowed.

Each user account can be accessed from up to 3 devices. Account sharing is strictly prohibited, and any accounts found to be shared will be terminated without a refund.
